Can I order meals for two people instead of four?

Yes! Simply choose the option "for two" when making your selection. The price will be adjusted at checkout.

Are all of your ingredients organic?

I purchase every ingredient organic, when available. I prioritize always keeping meats and produce organic, and will always opt for non-GMO products when available. I will NEVER use seed oils in any of my recipes.

How does the glass storage container option work?

Easy! Once you make this purchase, you can expect your meals to come prepared in oven safe glass dishes every time. The expectation is that you will return your clean, previous week's glassware upon the next delivery or pickup. Should your need for meals ever end, one set of glassware is yours to keep!

I live outside of your delivery zone. Can we work something out?

Likely, yes! Just email me and I'm sure we can come up with something.

I have dietary restrictions. Can I place a custom order?

How do I reheat my meals?

Instructions will be emailed to you and a hard copy will be included in your order! Most reheating will require an oven for best results, but microwave directions will be included as well.

What are the different meal options?

There are six ways to purchase weekly meals: Core Four for 4 - 4 servings of all four meals. 4 breakfast servings, 4 lunch servings, 4 dinner 1 servings and 4 dinner 2 servings. Portions are generous and may end of feeding 5-6 people, especially if there are kids included in your count! Core Four for 2 - Same as above, but with only two portions of each meal. Daylight Duo for 4 - 4 servings of the breakfast and 4 servings of the lunch. Daylight Duo for 2 - 2 servings of the breakfast and 2 servings of the lunch. Dinner Duo for 4 - 4 servings of both Dinner 1 and 2. Dinner Duo for 2 - 2 servings of both Dinner 1 and 2.
